Below meet UBC and CUPE'S BIGGEST EVER CRIMINAL BADASS 1997 - DATE 2026. 

Above is ME in the Spring of 2008 a 19 Year UBC Employee and CUPE Local 116 Member. This was about 4 months before what would have to have been The CUPE National President Paul Moist gave instruction to his British Columbia CUPE National Representative Dianne Jolly to KICK ME OUT OF CUPE. The reason was I would NOT SIGN OFF on a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report which I BELIEVED was a FORENSIC FORGERY. Had I signed off to keep my 19 Family Livlihood I honestly don't believe that I would be ALIVE TODAY.  As a condition of employment I would have been once AGAIN been forced on PSYCHIATRIC MEDICATIONS as I was in 2002. See Letters below these letters were WRITTEN BY UBC / HR... with my good guy UBC Utilities Director being FORCED to sign them. Technically they could be considered FORGERIES.

... This being FORCED on PSYCHIATRIC MEDICATIONS was a Crime Against Humanity. In my story you will also witness INTEROGATION under the PRETENSE of FORENSIC Psychiatry. 

About ME in the UK I joined my FIRST UNION in 1964 at the age of 16, serving a 5 year apprenticeship in the Aircraft Industry. From their worked mainly in Construction Oil and Gas and Nuclear. Also in the UK I was a 10 Year Reservist in the UK Airborne. Coming to Canada in September 1976 mostly working in Management in Canadian Shipbuilding either in Supervision,  Planning / Estimating.  

I joined UBC and CUPE Local 116 on March 22, 1989, although in my 19 Years a great place to work, I was BLACKBALLED. I actually did work in Management for a shorttime, but QUIT and went back on the tools.  In my 19 Years there was NEVER a angry word with my UBC Co-Workers or UBC Utilities Managers great people. 

However there was CONFLICT with my CUPE Local 116 Executive which began at the beginning of 1997. This was to with my FIRST EVER Workers Compensation Claim that I WON where a UBC Manager had LIED. 

The MOTIVE for why my CUPE Local 116 possibly under instruction from UBC/ HR and CUPE National were working to DISCREDIT ME with a CONCOCTED History of WORKPLACE VIOLENCE against my Co-Workers was... 

At the beginning of 1997 there was a MASSIVE FINANCIAL TRANSFER OF MONIES. This TENS OF MILLIONS or perhaps HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS. UBC Managers whose average Salary in 1996 was 50K were now seeing increases of as high as 300% raising the average to around 125K. FACT. Putting this in perspective the Prime Minister Of Canada in 1997 was around 80K.  Also CUPE Local 116 Executive were also seeing massive salary hikes of 80 to 90 Percent. In 1997 The CUPE Local 116 President became the HIGHEST PAID CUPE Local President in Canada.   Assumably in 1997 this would raise CUPE National Salaries to the same 80 / 90 Percent... MOTIVE for why The CUPE National were on board, too as it would become documented END MY LIFE. 

What did these MEGA FINANCIAL SALARY HIKES have to do with ME,  absolutely sweet fuck all.  However this is the REAL REASON that I became a LOOSE END that had to be dealt with.  

The CUPE Local 116 Executive oppression began January 1997 - March 2001.... The CUPE National were first witnessed on board on April 26, 2002 which was three days after my FINANCIAL FIGURING as MOTIVE... UBC / HR were NOT witnessed on board until JULY 2008.

On FIRE ARMS since coming to Canada in September 1976 I was never a hunter or even a fisher. In Canada I have never been within 10 Feet of a live FIRE ARM.  Criminal Record outside of UBC and CUPE in ONE PHOTO RADAR TICKET.  Criminal Record inside UBC and a CUPE Member is ONE FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL / CRIMINAL RECORD.

This is FACT as DOCUMENTED on my FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report from May 25, 2001. There had been a FAILED assignment by UNKNOWN to have ME put into an ASYLUM.  UNKNOWN as UBC / HR not witnessed on board until JULY 2008, the CUPE National not witnessed on board until April 26 2002. WHO GAVE THE ASSINGMENT?  When that FAILED ... a UBC Employee Forensic Medical Expert had RECOMMENDED that a LIFE DETERMINING MEDICAL PROCEDURE which included a CT SCAN OF THE HEAD / BRAIN be carried.  

With knowing knowledge of my very SERIOUS MENTAL ILLNESS UBC with CUPE National Hierarchy DENIED ME MEDICAL TREATMENT this by the BLOCKING of this CRITICAL LIFE DETERMINING MEDICAL PROCEDURE from being carried out. Medical INFO received by UBC and The CUPE National June 12, 2001. HIDDEN  by UBC for 7 1/ 2 YEARS my OFFICIAL RELEASE From The UBC Freedom Of Information Department January 16,2009. Confirmed attempted Murder.  A Crime Against Humanity 

Are   you beginning to witness WHO THE REAL BAD ASSES ARE. Well there is much more to review. 

This should ALL have been kept UNDERCOVER... I TRIED. 

Since May 25, 2001 I have been "FRAMED" with a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Record, this the EXACT SAME type of Record as what would be given to a Psychopath or Serial Killer.  I am documented as BORDERLINE INSANE with a Persecutary Delusional Disorder and highly suspected to be ARMED and dangerous.  Three times it REPEATS that FIRE ARMS are to be found on ME by COLATERAL MEANS. So if it were to be activated even today they are coming for ME with the SWAT TEAM. This is FACTUAL as it reads within my OFFICIAL FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report. 

By the end of 2009 I had proved to UBC / HR'S Michael Vizsolyi beyond any shadow of doubt that this was a FORGERY that had to be REMOVED from both my Medical and Criminal Record.  Vizsolyi at that point had confirmed himself as my ONLY PERMITTED UBC CONTACT. He stonewalled ME and everything documented against ME had to REMAIN STANDING as FULL TRUTH. 

What UBC / HR'S Michael Vizsolyi and the few other's who were pushing this HENIOUS LIE knew, that not only was their a FORENSIC FORGERY there was also IDENTITY FRAUD. 

What I discovered in December 2019 is the UNTHINKABLE. Where as I had always believed that this came from a thought by ME Anger Management Consultation performed by I believed UBC Employee Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann on  May 25, 2001.  However I believe that on May 25, 2001 it was NOT UBC Employee Psychiatrist Dr.  Elizabeth Zoffmann that PERFORMED what would be written up years later in 2006 by I believe UBC / HR'S Special Assignments Team as a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report.

I BELIEVE on May 25,2001 that it was The NON MEDICAL 2001 CUPE National President Judy Darcy that performed NOT and Anger Management Consultation and certainly NOT a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation on ME.  What was actually performed on ME was FOUR HOUR long ILLEGAL AND BRUTAL  INTEROGATION under FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC PRETENSE, this in VIOLATION of not only my PRIVACY but the PRIVACY of my ENTIRE FAMILY. What The CUPE National President Judy Darcy was searching for was to see what I knew about UBC FINANCIAL IRREGULARITIES  On the DAY of this May 25, 2001 highly illegal INTEROGATION I knew NOTHING. My submission which was lengthy was ALL ABOUT mainly CUPE Local 116 Executive CONCOCTING me as with a Criminal Record and as UBC and CUPE'S biggest ever CRIMINAL BAD ASS.  This CONCOCTED Criminal discrediting began in early 1197 and continued with a FAILED attempt by them in March 2001 to have me Incarcerated via the UBC RCMP. 

Anyhow from this DECEMBER 2019 DISCOVERY on IDENTITY FRAUD the damage against myself and family lineage had already been done. 

My FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report was I believe FORGED in the later half of 2006 by UBC / HR'S Special Assignments Team with CUPE National and CUPE Local 116 Executive input. Designed I believed to have ME put in front of a SWAT TEAM in early 2007. This belief of came in early 2007 from a UBC Manager where he WARNED ME to BEWARE.

The CUPE National's British Columbia Representative Dianne Jolly was the first to ISSUE a FIRST VERSION of the Forensic Paperwork on December 08, 2006. This version had ILLEGAL EDITING OUT, which is NOT PERMITTED in any type of LEGAL MEDICAL REPORT, more especially a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report where it was very clearly documented of an attempt to have ME Committed Under The Mental Health Act. 

With my suspicion that this was a very dangerous FORENSIC FORGERY designed to put ME in front of a SWAT TEAM in early 2007.  This FORGERY by April 2007 I took to The British Columbia College Of Physicians and Surgeons who would fully APPROVE this CUPE National release which had ILLEGAL EDITING OUT as OFFICIAL and TRUE and the writings of an EXPERT Forensic Psychiatrist. The UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist Dr Elizabeth Zoffmann also confirmed this CUPE National released version as hers, and as FULL TRUTH.  This was a LIE, and this should have ENDED in the summer of 2007. What I was pushing for now was a report issued by UBC that showed NO ILLEGAL EDITING OUT. 

However UBC were very reluctant to show any INVOLVEMENT pertaining to this Document. 

The CUPE National British Columbia Representative Dianne Jolly was the first to ISSUE a SECOND differently formatted VERSION of this Paperwork on July 11, 2008. This was a fuller version with NO ILLEGAL EDITING OUT... This PROVING the FIRST VERSION that was fully approved by The British Columbia College Of Physicians and Dr.Elizabeth Zoffmann was a FORGERY. 

By August 2008 The British Columbia College Of Physicians and Surgeons also FULLY SUPPORTED this SECOND VERSION as OFFICIAL and TRUE. However UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist Dr.  Elizabeth Zoffmann did NOT comment.

By this time I had been KICKED OUT OF CUPE for REFUSAL to BELIEVE and SIGN OFF any ONE of the TWO different formatted versions. 

I was now NOT a CUPE Member or a UBC Employee.  UBC / HR from July 2008 were for THE VERY FIRST TIME witnessed on board. This with UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost not to RESOLVE THIS, but to FINISH ME OFF. This by getting another UBC Employee Psychiatrist on board. 

By January 16, 2009 The UBC Freedom Of Information Department FINALLY gave in to pressure and RELEASED the FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report.  I was truly expecting a totally different document, again something along the lines of an Anger Management Consultation Type Report...Which would be the CUPE and UBC Norm.

However the UBC January 16,2009 release would be the EXACT SAME Paperwork as released by The CUPE National's Dianne Jolly on July 11, 2008... UBC Employee Dr Elizabeth Zoffmann  in an August 31, 2009 AFFADAVIT swore that this UBC release was EXACTLY what SHE wrote from The FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation that SHE performed on ME on the 25th day of May 2001. This is what I was seeing as FORGERY... Why were the CUPE National not seeing this?  Why did UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost and her UBC Employee Psychiatrist Dr.Alan Buchanan NOT seeing that this was NOT the writings of a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical EXPERT.

Within the TWO DIFERENTLY FORMATTED VERSIONS.

1. My NAME is spelled WRONG FOUR TIMES.  2. The Evaluation DATE is DATED on a SUNDAY two months prior to the actual date.  3. There is 2006 Content in the 2001 Document. 4. There is ILLEGAL EDITING OUT of CONTENT. 5. There is a line that reads "that I deny that other people can read my mind (Ffs) 6. There is a highly illegal ASSINGMENT to have ME Committed Under The Mental Health Act. 7. There was a RECOMENDED life determining medical procedure which included a CT SCAN OF THE HEAD / BRAIN... this was BLOCKED by UBC and CUPE National Hierarchy this was ATTEMPTED MURDER if TRUE. 8. There WAS two differently formatted versions. 9. AXIS 1V and AXIS V which is the MANDATORY GAF SCORE was MISSING from the Differential Diagnosis on BOTH Version's. 10. It was documented in Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann's August 31, 2009 that UBC did NOT PERMIT ME any Co-Worker Witnesses that could attest to my side of the story.  11. last but not least is the SCARY part which could still today in 2026 put ME in front of a SWAT TEAM... I am documented at Narrowly escaping being Committed Under Mental Health Act, with a Persecutary Delusional Disorder and THREE SEPARATE TIMES It REPEATS that FIRE ARMS have yet to be found on ME by COLATERAL MEANS. 

Despite the ERROR and PROOF of not written by a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical EXPERT whose jurisdiction falls under both the Medical and Criminal Justice System ... From these SIGNED OFFICIAL MEDICAL DOCUMENT'S MY FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL/ CRIMINAL EVALUATION is made to stand as OFFICIAL. 

This comes with a HEREDITARY FACTOR which was USED in early 2022 against my eldest son, what was documented against ME was brought by a past family Doctor and USED against him.  The result it prevented URGENT SPINAL SURGERY from being carried out. This resulting in unrepairable spinal nerve damage.

Last USED against ME in June 2019 when I had to leave my Planning Position at a Vancouver Shipyard as I could NOT complete the required for Employment NATO Criminal Record Clearance. 

This can also be USED against my grand children who are well into their teenage years.

 This E-Mail I sent the day my UBC Utilities Director confessed that UBC / HR were writing these letters on my Mental Health and Forcing ME on PSYCHIATRIC MEDICATIONS. 

This is where my UBC Director confessed to my back up Psychiatrist that UBC / HR were writing the Letters and he was being FORCED to SIGN them.

What you will witness is that these Letters are NOT CC'D to anyone at UBC / HR. However they are CC'D to The CUPE National's British Columbia Representative. STRANGE TO SAY THE LEAST.  WHY WERE UBC / HR NOT WITNESSED ON BOARD?

UBC / HR WROTE THESE LETTERS, BUT STAYED IN THE BACKGROUND. I AM PRETTY CERTAIN THIS PAST UBC UTILITIES DIRECTOR WILL VERIFY TO THE RCMP.
